ClinicOne system is hosted and managed by two premium data centres which are also the service provider of many branded, large corporate and financial institutions. ClinicOne adopts a Virtual Private Network (VPN) that a private network that makes use of internet, while maintaining high security and privacy through encryption (IPsec) and various other security procedures.

 

ClinicOne regards healthcare as a serious business, where security and privacy of information is of paramount value. Keeping these in mind, ClinicOne has assigned two data centre in different locations that constantly and frequently backup their databases with one another, keeping all clinical information safe. This is also important to ensure business continuation by forwarding to another data centre for data input and retrieval when needed. A service can also be requested where ClinicOne will provide database copies to clinics on a monthly basis.
